Shipping policy

TransTerra Trading LLC ships within the United Arab Emirates via the online shop. TransTerra Trading LLC also offers international shipping to international locations via the online shop as well.

Unless otherwise specified, offers of “free shipping” when mentioned throughout the  website and across all social media accounts, refers to free shipping within the UAE.

All local (within the UAE) confirmed purchases before 12:00pm UAE time will be delivered within 24 hours across the UAE except if the purchase is made on a Friday or on a public holiday, in which the order will take an extra day to arrive. All confirmed local purchases after 12:00pm will de delivered within 48 hours all across the UAE.

International orders might take anytime between 4-7 days to be delivered depending on the country of delivery. 

All local and International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on Country of order.
